Rudy Miller, 76, of Plant City, died Sept. 2, 2015.
Mr. Miller was a proud United States Navy veteran. He attended First Baptist Dover and was a family man. He had a wide range of hobbies which included woodworking, toy making, watching baseball and football (especially Alabama) and listening to a range of music from Andrea Bocelli to Merle Haggard. He also enjoyed watching comedy sitcoms and John Wayne movies.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Nora Miller; sons, James Michael and Rudolph August Miller; daughters, Angelette Kent and Judie Cochran; brothers, Art, Dennis, Tom and Ronald Miller; sisters, Linda Robinson, Maria Fuller, Lisa Anderson and Lori Reinhardt; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Glen and George Miller.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at Wells Memorial and Event Center in Plant City. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m.
