Ruth V. Black, 91, of, Dover, died Feb. 27, 2014.
She was a member of Dover First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Bob Black (Anne); sisters, Mary Kary, and Ethel Kary; grandchildren, Michael Black, Marc Black, Brandon Oaks, Crissy Hayes and Shaunta Black; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Black Sr.; and son, Bill Black Jr.
A Celebration of Life was held March 5, at Hopewell Funeral Home, Plant City. Interment followed at Hopewell Memorial Gardens, Plant City.
