Trubie Lee Giddens Walker, 95, of O’Brien, died Nov. 19, 2014, with her family by her side, at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville.
Born Nov. 2, 1919, in Ray City, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Bennie and Pearlie Wiggins Giddens. She was the wife of the late Claude Walker.
She was also preceded in death by her cherished son, Junior Hughes; brothers, LB, BL, Joe, Albert and J. Lee; and sisters, Lela and Mary.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Clarice Brooks; sister, Rachel Plyler; grandchildren, Debra, Audrey, Karen, Lori, Sharon, Cindy, Steveand Julie; and many great-grandchildren and friends, who will love and miss her greatly.
