Winston O. Ramcharan, 90, of Plant City, died April 8, 2016.
Mr. Ramcharan is survived by loving family and friends.
A celebration of life was held April 12, at Hopewell Funeral Home. Committal followed at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Plant City.
