The Plant City Times & Observer has hired a new staff writer.
Emily Topper is originally from Winter Park and comes to us after graduating from Flagler College in St. Augustine with a bachelor’s degree in communication.
She will be taking the place of staff writer Catherine Sinclair, who is transferring to the West Orange Times & Observer in anticipation of her October wedding to fellow Observer reporter, Zak Kerr.
