The microbial technology company will soon have an 8,600-square foot greenhouse.
Soon, 8,600 square feet of Plant City land will be used to help with global food production.
Pathway Biologic, a Plant City-based microbial technology company, is using that space to add a greenhouse to its Tever Street headquarters. The secured greenhouse will be used for the company's experiments with increasing crop productivity.
"The unique greenhouse will further our progress in research and development," Director of Operations Michael Gans says. "We will be able to initiate and capture plant performance data, then directly tie that to advancing our microbial solutions."
