Authorities seek SUV for Plant City shootings
Plant City Police Department detectives are on the search for suspects involved in multiple shootings, in Plant City, on April 22.
During the evening hours, an SUV was firing shots at three different locations, with what authorities believe is an Airsoft Rifle.
Each shooting occurred within a 30-minute span in the areas of South Collins Street, Grant Street, and James L. Redman Parkway/South Maki Road.
Several victims were hit but suffered minor injuries.
The SUV was described by witnesses as possibly being a white, older model Chevrolet Suburban, with a loud muffler/exhaust system and aftermarket tail lights.
Witnesses also stated that there may have been three individuals in the SUV.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect(s) involved.
