For the first time in three years, there wasn’t a drop of rain in the sky at Plant City Stadium.
The City of Plant City’s annual Fourth of July celebration saw hundreds, if not thousands, of Plant Citians pack into the old baseball stadium for a night of food, fun and fireworks. In addition to games, crafting stations, a rock climbing wall and several trampolines, entertainment was provided by the Daniel Sprouse Band and the Double Barrel Band.
Fireworks started lighting up the night sky at 9:15, after people packed into the stadium’s seats or lined up along the adjacent roads to get a good view.
