Some of Plant City's youngest football fanatics put their skills to the test on Saturday, Sept. 24.
At the 2016 NFL Punt, Pass & Kick competition, held at the Otis M. Andrews Sports Complex, 52 kids competed for a chance to advance to the upcoming Tampa sectional competition on Sunday, Oct. 16.
Girls Winners:
8-9 year olds – Aubrey Johnson (First place, 69 feet, one inch), Avery Adams (Second place, 46 feet, nine inches)
10-11 year olds – Gracie Edgemon (First place, 184 feet, eight inches), Nahlia McGrath (Second place, 60 feet)
12-13 year olds – Shelby Jacobsen (First place, 197 feet, three inches), Natalie Zarycki (Second place, 132 feet, three inches)
14-15 year olds – Madison Osman (First place, 158 feet, six inches)
