Plant City residents George and Cassandra Banning hosted Congressman Dennis Ross and his supporters at a campaign fundraiser on Saturday, March 26.
Ross, a Lakeland native, was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2000, where he served until 2008. In 2010, he was elected to the United States House of Representatives. In 2014, he was selected as a Senior Deputy Majority Whip.
The March 26 event yielded over $10,000 in funds for Ross’ campaign.
