Focus 4 Beauty was transformed into a circus for the Plant City Times & Observer's Halloween business costume contest. Aspiring beauticians dressed as murderous clowns, freaks, acrobats and more while transforming the salon into a foggy maze of horror.
The contest gave students a change to practice their special effects makeup skills.
