Athletes from Plant City and beyond participated in the annual Good Cookie 5K run in Historic Downtown Saturday, Sept. 17. The 5K and 1-mile run support Cookies For Kids Cancer, an organization dedicated to raising funds for childhood cancer research and treatments. After the run, there were games, a bake sale and vendors to shop at.
