Hopewell Baptist Church had a full house for its latest Christmas play.
This year's children's production, "Arrest These Merry Gentlemen," centered around a pair of police officers and a pair of reporters trying to make sense of the commotion surrounding the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem. The play was held the evening of Sunday, Dec. 11.
The church, located at 6001 S. County Road 39, will host a Christmas candlelight service at 630 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, and a Christmas morning celebration at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 25.
