The MacDonald Training Center at James Ranch held its 34th annual Christmas luncheon Monday at First Baptist Church in Plant City.
The luncheon was sponsored by the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Inc.
Nancy Wingate was the mistress of ceremonies and foundation chair Richard Diaz said a few words with the absence of MTC president and CEO Jim Freyvogel, who could not make the event due to traffic from an accident on I-4.
“This event is a way to celebrate the Christmas season and is also a fundraising event to raise money to support the MacDonald Training Center,” Diaz said.
MTC is a non-profit organization that empowers people with disabilities to live the lives they choose. MTC is dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the vocational, employment and residential services they provide to people with developmental disabilities in the Tampa Bay area.
The Plant City location, called James Ranch, is located at 2902 Cork Road in Plant City.
