John and Nancy Desmond held a “friend-raiser” for Patricia Kemp at their Walden Lake home Sunday, Oct. 5. Kemp is running for County Commission District 7. Some of her focuses include creating a stronger economic atmosphere to attract and maintain businesses, equality and transportation improvements.
