Vacation bible-schoolers at St Peter’s Episcopal Church were walking like Egyptians during this years festivities from June 17 to 21.
The theme was Egyptian. The inside of the church was decorated like an ancient palace. Parishioner and volunteer Betty Jones even dressed up like an Egyptian.
The children painted paper bags to resemble the coat of many colors. They had a tiger adoption area where they could adopt tiger stuffed animals in celebration of the church adopting a real tiger from the World Wildlife Fund.
