Strawberry Crest couldn’t overcome a 12-point first-half deficit as the Chargers fell to Hillsborough 32-24 Sept. 21, at home.
The Chargers’ offense showed flashes of brilliance throughout the night, with quarterback Tristan Hyde engineering several long drives and tallying four touchdown passes on the night. Receivers Karel Hamilton, Alex Carswell and Colby Williams all found the end zone for Strawberry Crest.
The Chargers travel to King High School Sept. 28.
