The weekend before the Superbowl, TCYFCC cheerleading teams brought out their best routines for the annual Cheer-Off.
The Plant City Dolphins, Turkey Creek Trojans, Dover Patriots and Antioch Redskins each had at least one squad place at the Saturday, Nov. 14 event, which covered all five age groups and several divisions based on squad size.
WINNERS:
Plant City Dolphins – First place (Mighty Mites), second place (Pee Wees, Varsity), third place (Midgets).
Turkey Creek Trojans – Third place (Varsity), fourth place (Pee Wees, Midgets), fifth place (Mighty Mites).
Dover Patriots – First place (Mighty Mites), third place (Pee Wees, Varsity).
Antioch Redskins – Third place (JV).
