Plant City's United Starz Dance Team gathered Sunday, March 26, for a banquet at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center.
United Starz CEO Tessie Holmes wanted to throw the banquet for the all-girls team to show them her appreciation for their dedication to both the team and the community. Throughout the year, the team performs at multiple events and functions, and makes appearances at churches, nursing homes and hospitals.
Team members were honored with trophies. A dinner reception with friends and family followed.
