On Saturday, Feb. 13, First Thonotosassa Missionary Baptist Church celebrated Valentine's Day a day early.
Church members and visitors enjoyed hot dogs, cheeseburgers and root beer floats at the 1950s-themed dinner. The entertainment consisted of a bubble-blowing and hula-hooping contest, and several '50s style performances by members of the youth group. This is the first year the church has done this celebration. First Thonotosassa Missionary Baptist Church plans to make it an annual event.
