Casey Hamilton, a senior at Plant City High School took second place and won $150 at the District Rotary Speech Contest held recently at Florida Southern College in Lakeland. Hamilton earned the honor of competing in this event by winning first place honors at the local competition held Feb. 11 at Carrabbas.
