GFWC Plant City Junior Woman’s Club member Racquel Sturgis presented Strawberry Crest High School junior Juliana Alfonso a scholarship on behalf of the GFWC Florida Federation of Woman’s Club.
Juliana was awarded a $400 Youth Leadership Scholarship at the federation’s annual convention in April, in Orlando.
