A Plant City man passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital March 26 from injuries he received from a March 24 car crash.
Steven John Kelley, 49, was struck by a vehicle while walking southbound across westbound lanes of Hillsborough Avenue near Sawyer Road, according to Florida Highway Patrol reports. The driver was 25-year-old Jessica Erin Dunn of Mulberry.
