The Plant City Police Department is seeking information on a case, after a man died from upper body trauma Jan. 13.
At 11:22 p.m., the Plant City Police Department received a call about a male who was reported to be unconscious and not breathing.
Upon police arrival, a Hispanic male, later identified at Manuel Silva, 39, was found on the ground outside of the
residence, 2912 W. Reynolds Street, with upper body trauma. Plant City Fire Rescue personnel pronounced him dead shortly thereafter.
