Evangelical University and Seminary will host its Seventh Anniversary Banquet and Fundraiser at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 8, at Plant City’s First Baptist Church, 503 N. Palmer St.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Dr. Greg Morris, author, executive and founder of Leadership Dynamics, in Lakeland. Guests also will enjoy catering by Fred’s Southern Kitchen and music by Eva Kroon Pike, a Central Florida-based Christian singer/songwriter.
Since its inception, 21 local pastors have taken classes at EUS, and the school has graduated four. Nearly 300 students have completed more than 34,000 classroom hours.
Money raised at this year’s banquet will help EUS offer scholarships to its students.
