The Plant City Family YMCA announced today that it hired Zach Hilferding as its new executive director.
Hilferding, who replaces Rick Gould, last served as program manager for Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, where he developed community programming and ran national and international events. He has also worked at the Manatee and Sarasota YMCA facilities in the past, as well as Gold's Gym in Bradenton.
