Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect to contact Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay.
Plant City Police Department (PCPD) has released a composite sketch of a suspect in the April 18 shooting on eastbound I-4.
Elizabeth Arrieta, who was fatally injured while riding as a passenger in a vehicle with her boyfriend, was traveling eastbound on I-4 when they were shot at by an unknown suspect who was believed to be driving a four-door 2009-2015 Toyota Prius, which was described as having no window tint, a blue hue to the headlights and a paper license plate.
After the shooting, the driver exited I-4 at Exit 22 and drove to Plant City Fire Rescue Station #3, where personnel rendered first aid to Arrieta and the male driver. Arrieta died at the scene.
The composite sketch of the suspect was released yesterday (Wednesday).
