The Plant City Police Department is assisting with traffic control for a possible gas leak in the area of Thonotosassa Road and Townsgate Court.
Thonotosassa Road has been shut down between Townsgate Court and Goldfinch Drive. Southbound traffic will be redirected north from Townsgate Court and northbound traffic will be redirected south from Goldfinch Drive.
Please avoid the area as backups are expected. More information will be released when the roadway is open again.
