At the Rotary Club of Plant City’s installation meeting June 27, the club’s incoming President, Aaron Davis, presented the outgoing President, Billy Keel, with a plaque commemorating his year of service.
“With Billy’s leadership the club had an outstanding year,” Rotarian Jim Scott said.
The club had two very successful fundraisers, the Wild Game Cookout and Dancing With the Locals, that enabled the club to raise and donate over $75,000 into the community.Doug Gibbs was awarded the Rotarian of the Year for all his service on the Board of Directors and as the club’s Program Chairperson.
In addition, new members Jodi Stevens and Kyle Robinson were awarded as Rising Stars for their contributions.
