It’s that time!
Plant City to area parents with children who will be entering kindergarten in the fall should attend the Kindergarten Round Up event at the school to which they are districted.
Plant City round ups begin Jan. 23.
To register, parents must bring the following:
• Birth certificate
• Social Security card (if available)
• Florida Physical HRS form supplied by physician. Physical must be dated after Aug. 19, 2013.
• Florida Immunization Record on HRS hard card (form No. 680 supplied by physician)
• Two forms of verification of address/student resident form (utility bill, lease or contract to purchase)
