With Christmas and New Year’s Day around the corner, there’s no better time to send out those cards and packages then now. Here are deadlines for holiday goodies to be posted through three primary delivery services.

On Christmas Eve – Friday, Dec. 24, the post office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to noon. This is the same time frame for all mail in the blue collection boxes to be accepted.
Mail will be delivered as usual on Christmas Eve – Friday, Dec. 24.
Post offices will be closed on Christmas Day – Saturday, Dec. 25.

Mail will be picked up and delivered as usual on New Year’s Eve- Friday, Dec. 31. Post Offices will also be open on that day.
On New Year’s Day – Saturday, Jan. 1, Post Offices will be closed and mail will not be picked up or delivered.
