Bill Cloyd has been appointed as senior vice president of commercial lending. In his role, Cloyd will be responsible for commercial lending and new business development.
“Bill is well respected in the community, and his expertise in the commercial lending arena will be a tremendous asset to our organization,” David Houston, regional president of Polk County, said. “We are delighted to have him join our growing team.”
Cloyd has 36 years of experience in financial services in Central Florida. Prior to joining the organization, he served as senior vice president of commercial banking at Centennial Bank, where he managed a commercial loan portfolio and supervised a team of junior loan officers.
A graduate of the University of Florida and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University, Cloyd is an active member in the local community and resides in the greater Lakeland area.
