The United Food Bank of Plant City is hiring a new executive director after Christine Miller, the former director, took a position as the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce president.

Job Description
— Oversees operations, food acquisition, finance, fund development and community education.
— Manages a $3 million budget.
— Responsible for hiring, training, supervision, separation and compensation.
— Acts as the UFB’s primary spokesperson.
— Develops new programs.
— Serves as a non-voting member of the board of directors.
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred.
— Food bank industry experience highly desirable.
— Must have experience working with boards of directors and administering policies and procedures.
— Be a “servant leader” in attitude and approach.
— Experience with public presentations.
