West Charles Avenue to close for utilities

Utility installations will close a stretch of the road from July 10-27.

Utility installations will close a portion of Charles Avenue for more than two weeks.

The part of the road between South Plant Avenue and Charles Avenue's dead end will undergo work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 10-27.
