UPDATE:
Osbaldo Campos, 21, the man charged with vehicular homicide in the May 12 wrong-way crash on Reynolds Street has bonded out of jail a second time.
“We have no facts to indicate that he is a flight risk,” Sergeant Alfred Van Duyne, of the Plant City Police Department, said.
A search for him is underway by PCPD and its law enforcement partners.
Van Duyne said police suspect that Osbaldo was impaired at the time he was driving the wrong way. After a police officer tried to stop him twice, Osbaldo’s Nissan coupe crashed into motorcyclist Claudia Alderman, of Plant City.
A blood sample was taken, and police are awaiting toxicology reports. Additional charges are pending on those reports.

The wrong-way driver in the May 11 crash on Reynolds Street has been charged with vehicular homicide.
Osbaldo Campos, 21, of Dover, is currently being held at Orient Road Jail after bonding out on earlier misdemeanor charges.
“Investigators, in collaboration with the State Attorney’s Office, conducted a thorough and impartial investigation, exercising due caution to ensure that an appropriate evaluation of the evidence and circumstances surrounding the crash was conducted,” according to the Plant City Police Department.
A police officer saw Campos traveling west on East Reynolds Street around 11:44 p.m. May 11. After several attempts to get him to stop, Campos’ Nissan coupe crashed headfirst into motorcyclist Claudia E. Alderman, of Plant City, at the intersection of Thonotosassa Road and Mobley Street.
PCPD said there will be no additional comments at this time.
